Rest in Peace

Yesterday I went to a funeral in Millilani, HI, my husband hometown.

The funeral was for his high school classmate's mother.
She died by stomach cancer at only 62 years old on December 30, 2007.

This is the first funeral since my dad passed away 20 years ago.
There were warm and friendly words and hula performance from her friends.
Even though I never met her, I could tell she was a nice and fun person who is loved by everyone around her.
It was such a nice funeral.
